This website publishes guides about underpinning and foundation repair for Adelaide houses and commercial buildings and takes enquiries for that work. The guides are general information to help you plan. They are not engineering, building, legal, insurance or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for an inspection, an engineer's report and a written quote.

Sending an enquiry through the site does not create a contract. A job is agreed only when you have accepted a written quote, and the quote sets out what is included. Any dates or timings discussed before then are estimates.

The site publishes price figures on one page, underpinning cost. Those figures are third-party general guides, are not quotes and may be out of date or not apply to your building. Final pricing depends on the cause of movement, the access, the method chosen and any approvals needed, and is set only by a written quote after an inspection.
